Sandown Council Meeting: This is a follow-up from our recent meeting with our local PCSO’s regarding ASB & Speeding issues in Yaverland. Residents are requesting for further “Traffic Calming measures” to be introduced along Yaverland Road. Once again we are hoping for a good turn out to voice our concerns and show our support. Yaverland Walk-about meeting: A meeting of our Town Councillor and Island Roads will be taking place at the corner of Meadow & Culver Way on Monday 19th August at 11-00. They will be walking around the estate to look at the problems we have i.e. roads grass, verge and path cutting, and traffic problems with double yellow lines. We are assuming you can approach them on their walk-about.

YRA AGM Sept 2024: 2024 AGM will be held in Sept. The minutes include YRA annual financial statement, list of events, and any other business raised by members. The current committee have agreed to continue to stand for next year unless anyone else wishes to be elected to these roles.
